This stage focuses on creating evidence-based solutions for improving knowledge sharing, during the session and beyond.

💭 “How can we improve knowledge sharing by using our diversity as a resource?”

The final stage is about turning learning and ideas into concrete actions and sustainable practices that can create impact beyond the session.

The Lab is now moving into the third stage of the ELEVATE ELEVATE methodology: ELEVATE.

The challenge participants are exploring is:

“Let’s use our potential to improve knowledge sharing.”

💭 “How can we change the pattern that most needs improving?”

In their team breakout rooms, participants are brainstorming new ideas, exchanging perspectives, and exploring new ways to improve knowledge sharing.

Together, participants are creating new rituals and practices that can help improve the way teams share knowledge and collaborate.

Participants’ creativity and collaboration are turning different perspectives into new possibilities and practices.

The Lab is now moving into the second stage of the ELEVATE ELEVATE methodology, where participants are exploring what connects us. 😍👏

The challenge they are exploring is:

“Let’s look for common needs.”

💭 “What are our individual needs around knowledge sharing?”

In their team breakout rooms, participants are sharing their individual needs, listening to different perspectives, and identifying the common needs that can bring people closer.

Through open exchange and reflection, participants are building a shared understanding of what they need when it comes to knowledge sharing.

The conversation is moving from recognising our differences to discovering what we have in common.

🔍 Step 1: RECOGNISE

The Lab is now moving into breakout rooms, where participants are brainstorming together and exploring the first stage of the ELEVATE ELEVATE methodology. 😉✨

The challenge they are exploring is:

“Let’s RECOGNISE our diversity and uniqueness.”

💭 “What can I bring to my community from my unique perspective?”

In small groups, participants are sharing their perspectives, experiences, and the unique strengths they can contribute. Their enthusiasm and engagement are making the session truly dynamic, showing how much can emerge when people take the time to listen to different perspectives.

Today’s Lab brings together people working across diverse and multicultural contexts, including HR professionals, trainers, consultants, facilitators, leaders, educators and DEI practitioners.

Because recognising diversity is not simply about noticing our differences. It is about understanding the unique potential each person brings and exploring how that diversity can become a resource for collaboration.

Organised by Academy for Diversity and Innovation Academy Diversity & Innovation, intercultures España & LATAM intercultures España & LATAM, and ELEVATE ELEVATE, this 2-hour online Lab brings together professionals interested in working more effectively with diversity in teams and organisations.
