Hours of studying, last-minute revision sessions, shared nerves, words of encouragement, early mornings, smiles after each exam, and above all, a great deal of hard work.

These photos capture some of the moments experienced by our students during the 2025–2026 PAU exams, an intense period that they faced with responsibility, teamwork, and an exemplary attitude.

Beyond the grades, we are especially proud of the maturity, commitment, and confidence with which they embraced this important challenge.

Así ha sido nuestra Feria de Intercambio de Libros de Primaria: cientos de historias cambiando de manos, nuevas lecturas por descubrir y mucha ilusión por seguir leyendo este verano.

Porque los libros no terminan cuando cerramos la última página. A veces, ahí es justo donde empieza una nueva aventura para otro lector.

That was the spirit of our Primary Book Exchange Fair: hundreds of stories changing hands, new reads waiting to be discovered, and plenty of excitement to keep reading throughout the summer.

Because books don't end when we turn the last page. Sometimes, that's exactly where a new adventure begins for another reader.

Aprender va mucho más allá del aula.

Nuestra Exposición PEP (PYP Exhibition) es la culminación de meses de investigación, reflexión y acción por parte de nuestros alumnos de 5º EP. A través de proyectos vinculados a los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, han explorado desafíos reales, entrevistado a expertos y buscado formas de generar un impacto positivo en su entorno.

Gracias a todas las familias por vuestro apoyo durante este proceso y por acompañar a nuestros alumnos en una etapa tan especial de su aprendizaje.

Queremos agradecer especialmente a José de la Uz (), alcalde de Las Rozas, y a Jaime Santamarta (), concejal de Medio Ambiente, su interés y cercanía al visitar la Exposición y conocer de primera mano las iniciativas, propuestas e investigaciones de nuestros estudiantes.

Learning goes far beyond the classroom.

Our PYP Exhibition is the culmination of months of inquiry, reflection and action by our Year 6 students. Through projects connected to the Sustainable Development Goals, they have explored real-world challenges, interviewed experts and sought ways to make a positive impact on their community and beyond.

Thank you to all the families for your support throughout this journey and for accompanying our students during such a meaningful stage of their learning.

We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to José de la Uz (), Mayor of Las Rozas, and Jaime Santamarta (), Councillor for the Environment, for their interest and engagement in visiting the Exhibition and learning first-hand about our students’ initiatives, proposals and research.

Un escenario, cientos de emociones.

Durante las últimas semanas, nuestros alumnos de 3º y 6º de Primaria nos han regalado dos espectáculos inolvidables.

Con David Hattenscarf and the Wonders of the World, viajamos alrededor del planeta descubriendo culturas, paisajes y aventuras. Y con Time Lord, recorrimos distintas épocas y lugares en un fascinante viaje a través del tiempo.

Música, interpretación, creatividad y trabajo en equipo dieron vida a dos producciones que reflejan el talento y el esfuerzo de nuestros alumnos.

Nuestro agradecimiento a todos los participantes y, muy especialmente, a las profesoras que han hecho posible estos musicales con su dedicación, entusiasmo y muchas horas de trabajo entre bastidores.

One stage, hundreds of emotions.

Over the past few weeks, our Year 3 and Year 6 students have treated us to two unforgettable performances.

With David Hattenscarf and the Wonders of the World, we travelled around the globe discovering cultures, landscapes and adventures. Through Time Lord, we journeyed across different times and places in a fascinating adventure through history.

Music, acting, creativity and teamwork brought these productions to life, showcasing the talent and dedication of our students.

Our thanks go to all the participants and, especially, to the teachers whose commitment, enthusiasm and countless hours behind the scenes made these musicals possible.

Este trimestre, los alumnos de 4º de Primaria han compartido con sus familias un bonito recital de poesía dentro de la unidad de indagación Cómo nos expresamos.

A través de sus poemas y de las ilustraciones que los acompañaban, tuvieron la oportunidad de transmitir ideas, emociones y creatividad, dando voz al trabajo realizado durante las últimas semanas.

Gracias a todas las familias que nos acompañasteis. Compartir estos momentos con vosotros contribuye a que el aprendizaje sea aún más significativo.

This term, the Year 4 Primary students have shared a beautiful poetry recital with their families as part of the How We Express Ourselves unit of inquiry.

Through their poems and the accompanying illustrations, they had the opportunity to convey ideas, emotions, and creativity, giving voice to the work they have been developing over the past few weeks.

Thank you to all the families who joined us. Sharing these moments with you helps make learning even more meaningful.

🏆 Logros deportivos del mes en el CEM

Este mes celebramos el esfuerzo, la constancia y la ilusión de nuestros alumnos dentro y fuera del deporte escolar.

⚽ Fútbol (Club Deportivo CEM): Ponemos el broche final a la temporada con un torneo de cierre organizado junto a otros dos colegios, una jornada muy especial para celebrar el final de la liga de nuestros equipos. Un encuentro lleno de convivencia, deporte y buen ambiente que refleja los valores del Club Deportivo CEM.

🏑 Hockey: Nacho, alumno de 3º ESO, se proclama campeón de España de Hockey Línea por segundo año consecutivo con la selección de Madrid en categoría sub-16.

🎾 Tenis: Grandes resultados en el Ranking Infantil del Club Internacional de Tenis:

Javier (1º ESO), campeón infantil invicto
Carmen (6º EP), campeona alevín invicta
Marta (4º EP), campeona benjamín con solo una derrota

Un mes que nos recuerda que el deporte en el CEM es crecimiento, compromiso y comunidad. Seguimos sumando.

🏆 Sports Highlights of the Month at CEM

This month we celebrate the effort, consistency and enthusiasm of our students both inside and outside school sport.

⚽ Football (CEM Sports Club)
We closed the season with a special end-of-league tournament, organised together with two other schools. A great day of sport, community and teamwork that reflects the values of the CEM Sports Club.

🏑 Hockey
Nacho, a Year 10 student, has been crowned Spanish Hockey League Champion for the second consecutive year with the Madrid regional team in the U16 category.

🎾 Tennis
Outstanding results in the International Tennis Club Junior Ranking:

Javier (Year 7), undefeated junior champion
Carmen (Year 6), undefeated U12 champion
Marta (Year 4), U10 champion with only one loss

✨ A month that reminds us that sport at CEM is about growth, commitment and community. We keep moving forward.

Hoy hemos disfrutado en CEM de un menú muy especial.

El alumnado de 5 años, dentro de su unidad de indagación *“Eat healthy, feel healthy”*, participó en un concurso por equipos para diseñar un menú saludable. Nuestra jefa de cocina, Pilar, fue la encargada de seleccionar la propuesta ganadora, que hoy ha llegado a las cocinas del colegio.

El menú elegido ha sido elaborado por todo el alumnado, que además lo ha presentado en distintas clases explicando su propuesta a sus compañeros. ¡Una experiencia completa de aprendizaje que hoy hemos podido saborear en todo el cole!

Today at CEM we enjoyed a very special menu.

Our 5-year-old students, as part of their inquiry unit “Eat healthy, feel healthy”, took part in a team competition to design a healthy menu. Our head chef, Pilar, selected the winning proposal, which was then brought to our school kitchens.

The chosen menu was created by the students and shared with other classes, where they proudly presented their ideas to their peers. A full learning experience that today the whole school got to taste and enjoy!

Una mañana muy especial en el Ayuntamiento de Las Rozas ✨

Nuestros alumnos del Student Council han vivido una experiencia única, participando con madurez, ilusión y muchísima curiosidad en un encuentro con el alcalde y varios concejales, que les ha permitido conocer de cerca cómo funciona la gestión de una ciudad.

Han representado al colegio de forma ejemplar, y estas imágenes reflejan mejor que nada todo lo vivido: aprendizaje, respeto y orgullo.

A very special morning at Las Rozas Town Hall ✨

Our Student Council students had a truly unique experience, taking part with maturity, enthusiasm, and great curiosity in a meeting with the Mayor and several councillors, which gave them the opportunity to see first-hand how a city is managed.

They represented the school exceptionally well, and these images capture everything we experienced together: learning, respect, and pride.
