IMPORTANT TIPS FOR A HAPPY HEALTHY SMILE :
*Clean teeth minimum twice daily. 2 minutes.
*floss every evening (after each meal is preferable)
* visit your dentist/hygienist every six months for a check.. And maybe a clean(if needed)
*flossing isn't just simply passing joins of neighboring teeth. It is a means to clean under the gum margin. Directions: pass floss thru teeth, take up to gum margin, using the hand holding floss on outside of mouth, create an imaginary "C". This should cause floss to momentarily disappear under the gum margin and scoop out any germ carrying bacteria which eventually leads to gum recession and eventual loss of teeth. Repeat with an inverted "C" on neighboring tooth. Be mindful to inch floss out so as not to use " dirty" floss.
