THE WORK YOU SEE

A while back, I was in the gym doing pull-ups. My trainer came over with a chain and a weight hanging from it.

What the heck is that for? I wondered.

Until he strapped it around my waist…

“Are you kidding? These are already exhausting.” I said.

“Train hard, live easy.” He replied with a smile.

Just before lockdown I took a training in high-level negotiation run by Chris Voss, the former FBI hostage negotiator.

He trained us hard for two days in a range of negotiation tools and techniques. And then, as we were leaving, he said, “Do your reps…”

The Prosperous Coach Approach has four elements: Connect, Invite, Create, Propose.
