🇬🇧 Fifteen+ years ago I started journaling as a way to learn how to express myself better in English. I was in high school and I wanted to know more than what I was learning from my teachers. I started writing about likes, dislikes, thoughts, dreams, feelings, opinions, what was going on in the world, anything and everything. My name is Lili, I am an English teacher and I am also super excited to be here!

Sometime last year, I started thinking of having my own language school. However, it felt like something I would do one day. The more I thought about it, the more distant it seemed because I kept having questions and no answers. In April 2020, when the world stopped, I wanted to help people during the lockdown. I had taught English in schools previously, so I created online classes in a safe space, where people could still interact, enjoy a nice conversation, share ideas and learn. By meeting a few of you and listening to your wishes, I understood you wanted to learn the language you need in your personal or professional life. I started designing personalized lessons for each of my students, making the classes individual ones and at an affordable price.

I strongly believe that education should be available to everyone, irrespective of their race, nationality, geographical location, personal beliefs, educational and economic background. With this in mind, I started Lili’s Language House, an online language school opened for everyone.

To me, learning a language is like an old house. Furniture that is half broken, dusty rooms, no fresh air, everything upside down and in need of different types of works. Together with my students, we worked on it, cleared it, renovated it and added the personal touches. At the end of our journey, my students had a new language house, where they felt comfortable and confident to show it to the world.
My desire is to offer a personalized language house for everybody, worldwide and at an affordable price. I strongly believe that education should be attainable by everyone, irrespective of their race, nationality, geographical location, personal beliefs, educational and economic background. With this in mind, I started Lili’s Language House, an online language school opened for everyone.
