Day 3 of the Demian Maia Summer camp at The Base. Probably the best training camp we have ever organised.

Thank you all for being there with us, and thank you Demian Maia for everything you brought to us. You are a friend and a role model for me, inside and outside the mat.

On a personal note, as I am leaving Jávea, I would like to thank each and everyone of you for this amazing adventure. It's been a great journey, and I hope you all had a great time training at The Base in Jávea.

We will see each other again.

Anoche vivimos un momento muy especial y lleno de emoción en The Base 💙

Se entregaron tres nuevos cinturones azules.
Tres recorridos construidos con constancia, disciplina, dudas y muchísimas horas sobre el tatami.

El cinturón azul no es solo un color.
Es la prueba de que el trabajo duro da sus frutos, de que la perseverancia forja el carácter y de que el verdadero camino no ha hecho más que empezar.
