Our top family friendly beaches in Ibiza! 🏖️☀️
🐚 Port D’es Torrent • a short drive away from the bay of San Antonio. Surrounded by green woodland and nestled in its own beautiful cove. With family friendly restaurants dotted around it for a spot of lunch. Clear waters for snorkelling and plenty of water sports to keep the children entertained!
🐚 Cala San Vicente • you will find all the way at the top of the island! But it is well worth the drive. A wide stretch of beautiful beach with plenty of space to play, splash around, visit or . Two very endearing and delicious places to eat. There are also kayaks to rent if you feel like it!
🐚 Cala Nova • located on the East side of Ibiza. Cala Nova has wonderful charm, with the best waves on the island. The wind is stronger here. Which makes it super fun to jump in the waves and the shallow waters make it safer for children to do so! A very natural beach, with stunning scenery. Lunch at is a must if visiting Cala Nova!

Grounding paired with FUN! 🌳🐰✨
To be grounded means to be in the present moment, not staring middle distance and living in our heads. If our children know how to identify a birdsong or remark about the smells in the air then we have grounded children on our hands! But how do we get children out of their heads, phones and other devices… and into the now?! Here are some of tips! 🌱 -
- Taking the senses for a walk: whilst walking with your children, encourage them to label a sound, a sight, a smell.
- Being out in nature, playing barefooted in the grass or sand, hugging tree’s, stroking animals!
- How do you feel? What sensations are in your body right now? What are you grateful for today?
Grounding is a practice in which we can energetically connect ourselves to ourselves, our values, our vision. Grounding at its root is a practice of energetically connecting to the earth, like a plant growing from a stable and nourishing plot of land 🌱
We love to be in nature and combine grounding with fun activities here at White Rabbit Ibiza!
