Silent night, holy night…

This Christmas carol was on my mind the other day, and I thought about all the distortions that could happen on a stressful Christmas eve. From being silent and harmonious to stressful or disappointing.

And it came quite quickly to my mind to offer a meditation of inner silence to connected to the holy part of us, our soul. Of course we are always connected, if we are aware of it adn can experience it is another question.
