Day 6... Waking up on the yoga deck where we went straight into a Ley Suan Tan healing yin yoga practise accompanied by Silverio Mano's healing music! Magic ✨!
At our beloved Es Vedra we had our closing circle. Next to a lot of love energy from the heart meditation and Es Vedra herself, personal messages came through during the channeling 🙏🏼. As soon as we wiped some tears (and sweatdrops from the burning sun) we had the absolute best carobe cake ever, by Ernesto Di Bona, to celebrate our week of beautiful transformation into our 💖! The celebration continued at Benirras beach where we shared our paella meal together and danced 'the sunset away' with our bare feet in the sand. It truely felt like a week full of presents for us all!! NAMASTE to our amazing group, Ibiza and life itself!! 🙏🏼☸☮🕉💝

Day 5 at the My Heart is My Home Ibiza Retreat we found our way to our own guidance by learning to channel our own hearts guidance by writing channeling. Everybody learned it👌🏽! We also received a direct channeling of the goddess energy to support us to embody our choice of living from our heart💖! Ley Suan Tan guided us in the evening into a yin yoga practise to prepare ourselves for the surprise the next day. Some were so inspired by Myrthe Porteners extended svasana (end relaxation)... We slept on the yoga deck under the stars! ✨😍✨

Day 4 was about going deeper into ourselves as well as letting go of ourselves. After the another lovely yoga and brunch it was time to fly out and let all teachings and experiences sink in a little... or a lot! Some of us found the hammocks in the amazing garden to do that, some the crystal ceremony at Es Vedra and some of us flew out to dance at Namaste! 🌺☮💃🏼✨🌴

On day 3 while we already 'all-in' shifting from mind to heart... What would be better than a relaxing movienight watching the movie THE SHIFT of Wayne Dyer?! Transformation can be fun! Especially with homemade popcorn 🎬🍿😉

Day 3 of the Ibiza Retreat was about... being there for the rising sun after the ceremony to anchor our solstice intentions ☀️, having the ritual swim at aiguas blancas to let go and start all fresh (a little like what we call in Holland 'de nieuwjaarsduik') and getting energised with beach yoga practise! 🕉
