Global Voices Spain closes its edition in Huelva after bringing together students, teachers and professionals from different countries around one shared idea: learning how to communicate, collaborate and lead in an increasingly connected world.

Over these days, participants have taken part in teamwork, presentations, challenges, conversations, cultural exchange and personal growth. But above all, they have discovered that when young voices find the right environment, they can gain confidence, open new paths and connect with new ways of understanding the world.

Thank you to every student, teacher, speaker, coordinator and team member who made this first experience possible.

✈️ An international experience can also be measured by the trust of those who guide students along the way.

🎓 Tatiana, a teacher at Heritage International School in Moldova, travelled to Huelva with five students to take part in Global Voices Spain for the first time. And this first experience has already made one thing clear: when learning moves beyond the classroom and meets other cultures, its impact becomes even greater.

Her perspective as an educator adds an essential layer to the programme. Global Voices not only gives students the opportunity to strengthen their communication skills and practise leadership, but also places them in real contexts where listening, adapting, collaborating and expressing ideas take on a much deeper meaning.

For international schools, experiences like this open the door to something truly valuable: seeing their students grow in autonomy, confidence and global awareness.

💡 The value of an experience like Global Voices Spain also lies in the people who help shape it from within.

👉🏻 Throughout the programme, Jorge, a psychologist involved in the team, worked with students on skills that are not always taught in the classroom, but are essential in any academic, professional and personal context: communication, active listening, confidence, negotiation, collaboration and decision-making.

⚙️ His role brought a key perspective to the development of soft skills, helping young people understand that leadership is not just about speaking well. It is also about reading the context, managing differences, building agreements and relating to others more effectively.

📅 Every great programme starts with careful planning, but it truly comes to life when the group responds.

At Global Voices Spain, the first moments are already revealing something important: students from different countries beginning to connect, take part and find their place within a shared experience.

📣 Day one complete. First conversations. First connections.

🌏 Global Voices Spain kicked off in Huelva with a day focused on getting to know one another, building trust and activating a way of learning based on participation, listening and teamwork.
