🏫Teachers from Zespół Edukacyjny w Podmoklach Małych 🇵🇱 joined an + mobility in under project 2025-1-PL01-KA121-SCH-000325834.

As part of their job shadowing experience, the teachers had the opportunity to step into a Spanish primary school environment, observe lessons and everyday school life, and discover different approaches to teaching and learning. 🇪🇸🤝🇵🇱

Job shadowing is all about learning by observing: seeing how teachers organise their classrooms, interact with students, use different educational methods and respond to the needs of their learners. 👀📚

Beyond the classroom, the mobility created space for professional exchange, new ideas and conversations with Spanish colleagues, taking inspiration from another educational system and bringing it back home.

A week of observing, exchanging and learning, with a little bit of Málaga along the way. ☀️🇵🇱🇪🇸

🏫💙 , new ideas and a shared focus on school well-being.

Teachers from Scoala Gimnaziala No. 7 Botosani 🇷🇴 joined an Erasmus+ mobility in Valencia under project 2025-1-RO01-KA121-SCH-000337602.

During their stay, the group visited two schools to discover different approaches to teaching, school life and student support, while exchanging experiences with local education professionals. 🇪🇸🤝🇷🇴

Their mobility focused especially on topics that are increasingly important in today’s schools: bullying prevention, students’ well-being and parent-school conciliation. 💙

These school visits offered an opportunity to observe practices in real educational environments, share ideas and reflect on how different approaches can contribute to a more positive and supportive school community.

Because Erasmus+ is not only about seeing how others work, it is also about bringing new ideas home and turning them into something useful. ✨

💻✨ What happens when two schools, one course and four curious minds come together in Granada?

Four educators from two Romanian vocational schools joined the Erasmus+ training course on New Technologies in . From Liceul Tehnologic “Sf. Mucenic Sava” Buzău 🇷🇴, under project 2025-1-RO01-KA121-VET-000341827, and Liceul Tehnologic A Pogoneanu 🇷🇴, under project 2025-1-RO01-KA121-VET-000339126, they spent their time exploring how technology can become a more useful, creative and meaningful part of everyday teaching.

The course was a chance to try new tools, exchange experiences and look at familiar classroom challenges from a different angle. And doing it together made it even better: two schools, shared ideas, different perspectives. 🤝

Because some of the best things about Erasmus+ happen when people who don't know each other arrive in the same room and leave with a whole new network of ideas.

Granada was the meeting point. The new ideas will continue in their classrooms. 🇪🇸✨

🏫🌍 Five days, two school levels and a lot of ideas to take back home.

Educators from Zespół Szkolno-Przedszkolny nr 13 w Rzeszowie 🇵🇱 spent five days in Granada through Erasmus+ under the project “Edukacja europejska - sukces” 2025-1-PL01-KA122-SCH-000339219.

Their job shadowing experience gave them the chance to step into both primary and secondary school environments, observe everyday school life and exchange ideas with local teachers.

💻✨ Granada through an lens.

Students from Colegiul Național ,,Alexandru Vlahuță ", Rm. Sărat 🇷🇴 spent 14 days in Granada as part of Erasmus+ project 2025-1-RO01-KA121-VET-000321048.

For these future IT professionals, the mobility was a chance to work with technology in a different setting, test their knowledge in practice and discover how digital skills are used in the workplace.

But there was plenty beyond the technical side: adapting to new routines, working with new people, communicating in another language and becoming more confident along the way. 🌍💻
