📢 The Mental Health Leader project is slowly coming to an end, and we are currently focusing on finishing the short presentation videos with our partners.

🎯 A handbook will soon be available in the partner languages for organisations and companies wishing to introduce the Mental Health Manager profile in their environment and thus have a positive impact on the mental health of their employees.

‼️ Today, 10 October, is World Mental Health Day, which highlights the importance of everyone working together to prevent, identify and treat mental health problems and disorders and to promote good mental health for all.

📢 Mental health is a universal human right that gives us the opportunity to rethink the meaning of mental health and what we are describing when we say the word mental health. Good mental health is crucial to our overall health and well-being.

It's important day for all partners involved in Mental Health Leader project, in which we try to highlight the meaning of the mental health.

Last week we met in Krakow - it was a very productive, creative and fruitful time, we summarised and discussed all the work we've done and planned the next project results and dissemination activities.

We are entering the almost final phase of the project full of positive energy!! 😀

Last week we organised the pilot Mental Health Leader training based on the training modules prepared by all partners as project result 3.

The participants were very engaged and the feedback was more than positive: they emphasised the need to establish the role of Mental Health Leader in the organisations, the importance of the manager's approach and appreciated the topics we've covered during the meeting.

It keeps us inspired and motivated for the next steps in the project and we'll share the results soon! 😀
