Today we start with the finals for the spelling bee competition, we are also finishing the preparation for the official Cambridge exams, end of course... an idiom comes to my mind: we are busy as a bee! 🐝✨
What does that mean? It means we are working very, very hard. A bee works hard to make sweet honey. We work hard to make sweet success!
Are you busy today? Hope you have a happy day too! 👇

World Environment Day 2026 focuses on climate change—on the urgent signals the Earth is sending. The planet doesn’t argue. It doesn’t negotiate. It sends signals—rising seas, raging wildfires, heatwaves, melting glaciers. We said 1.5°C was the limit. We are crossing it.
Solar panels stretch across rooftops. Wind turbines line the horizon. Cities are being redesigned for people. Forests are being replanted. Positive tipping points are taking root in every corner of the planet.
Remember there is not Planet B!

We know you are going to crush the PAU! 🎓 Break a leg! 🎭🍀

But, why are we telling you to "break a leg" right before the PAU?! 😱🏥

Don't worry — it's actually one of our favourite ways to wish someone good luck! Did you know that some people believe that wishing someone good luck directly can actually bring bad luck? Saying the opposite is believed to attract positive outcomes. ✨

So, we know you're going to do great. Take a deep breath, trust in your hard work, and break a leg! 🚀📚

Look at these cool cats and their garden grill-out! What better way to celebrate International Burger Day? 🍔✨

Did you know that while putting a patty between bread has ancient roots, the modern American hamburger, is often credited to several claims from the turn of the 20th century? Whether it was Louis Lassen or one of the others, we're glad someone made it a global icon! 📜👨‍🍳

While I'll always give the #1 spot to a perfect slice of Pizza (let's be real, pizza is life 🍕😋), the burger is absolutely my second favorite food in the whole world! 💖🍔

Check out this perfect sunset barbecue scene with my grilled buddies. A true garden feast!

What's your second favorite food?

☕️ Oops... Did someone just Spill the Tea? 🤫

Ever wondered where this phrase comes from? While it looks like a clumsy moment in our tea room, "spilling the tea" has nothing to do with laundry stains.

To "spill the tea" means to share juicy gossip, reveal a secret, or tell the truth about a situation. Whether you're the one accidentally dropping your cup or the cats in the corner whispering the latest rumors, we all love a bit of "tea" now and then. Just try not to get it on your favorite shirt!

✨ How to use it:
"Okay, I’m ready. Spill the tea—what happened at the party last night?"

Happy International Tea Day! 🫖

We stepped out of the classroom today to enjoy some warm scones, delicate sandwiches, and, of course, the perfect cup of tea. ☕ It seems even the cats have developed a taste for the finer things in life! 🐱🍰

It's a beautiful spring afternoon here in London — what better way to celebrate than with a classic afternoon tea? There's nothing quite like taking a moment to relax, sip a warm drink and enjoy good company.

How are you celebrating today? Are you team Earl Grey, English Breakfast, or maybe something herbal? Let us know your favourite tea in the comments below! 👇💬

Idiom of the day: Not my cup of Tea ☕

Trying to get the kitties on a healthy spring diet... let's just say cauliflower is definitely not their cup of tea! 🥦😾 Anyone else have picky eaters at home?

The idiom "not my cup of tea" is a polite way of saying that you don't like something, or that it doesn't suit your personal tastes or interests.

How to use it: Instead of bluntly saying "I hate that," you can say "That's not really my cup of tea."

🏛️ Happy International Museum Day! 🌍✨

May 18th is International Museum Day, and this year, many museums are celebrating it today, so it's the perfect excuse to step out, explore, and get inspired, especially since many museums are completely free today! 🎉

Whether your idea of a perfect afternoon is:

🪐 Getting lost in the cosmos at a science center

🎨 Admiring breathtaking masterpieces in an art gallery

🦕 Diving deep into the history of ancient civilizations

..there is a world of discovery waiting for you.
