We often use this phrase when we're feeling too lazy, too tired or it's not important for us to do something.
Example
Bette: Are you coming to Anna's party tonight?
Davis: I can't be bothered. I'm too tired and anyway, we're not very close friends.

We use this expression when we think that something is unlikely to happen.
Example
Josh: Will Albert be at the party?
Mary: I wouldn't count on it. He never goes out.

We use this expression to say that we will know the answer to something in the future, not now.
Example
Judy: Do you think their marriage will last? They are terribly young!

We use this expression to say that we have two choices and neither choices is better than the other choice.
Example
Tony: Do you think it's better to drive to London or take the train?
Curtis: It's six of one and half a dozen of the other. Driving is more convenient but if we take the train we won't have to worry about traffic.

We usually use this expression to ask someone to stop doing something that is annoying us, and it is usually something that they have been doing for some time.
Example
Penelope: Freddy, I know you really like making those funny noises with your phone but could you cut it out now?
Freddy: Oh sorry. It didn’t realise it was annoying you.

We use this expression to talk about another person’s life situation or work situation and to say that we don’t like one part of their life or work situation.

We use this expression to say something is quite good. If we change out intonation and stress on the word 'too' this phrase can have a more negative meaning.
