I was doing some reading during the day and I found a very interesting post about the learning of a second language and how affects the development of the brain.
Everybody knows that learning a second language from an early age is better but learning from an adult age is also good for you.
I been teaching Spanish to adults for a long time already, and results are positive. One of my students is in her 70´s and she is the best! She always listens to Spanish podcasts, and do grammar exercises at home, progressing each time that I see her. I really enjoy teaching her, because I’ve been able to learn so much from her and I think the learning is reciprocal. She is so motivated! So, if someone tells you that you are too old to learn it´s not true. If you really want it you can do it.
