A "tough" person is someone who is strong and doesn't give up easily. They have the ability to face difficult situations and keep going. They can handle challenges and hardships with determination and courage." 💪

Here's a simple example: Let's say there's a person who loves mountain climbing. They climb tall mountains, face extreme weather conditions, and never give up. We can describe that person as tough because they have the physical and mental strength to conquer those challenges and reach the mountain's summit.
