Holaaaaa! ✨🚗🌍
¿Qué tal? We're off to France for some vacation! This country has been my home as a woman and expat mom for ten years. It's been an amazing ride, living and growing in this beautiful place.

Being an expat woman, you can imagine the excitement and challenges of adapting to a new culture, learning a new language, and settling far away from my home. But you know what? France has given me the chance to grow, learn, and discover new sides of myself.

And let me tell you, becoming an expat mom here was something truly special. Having my little one in this multicultural, multilingual environment has been an incredible gift. Watching her grow and thrive in this diverse setting has been pure joy and love.

Now, as we head back to France for a vacation, I'm feeling a mix of emotions. I'm pumped to revisit familiar places, savor all that delicious food, and relive those cherished memories. But I also know I'll get a bit nostalgic and reflective about the place I called home for so long.

I know many of you use the summer break to go back to your home countries and reunite with your kiddos, family, and friends. It's always an eagerly awaited time for families.

For me, this trip back to France is like reuniting with an essential part of my life. I'm ready to embrace all the feels that come with it and make new memories with my loved ones.

So, while I'm getting ready to jet off to France, I want to send a big shout-out to all the expat moms out there who seize their vacation to reunite with their peeps back in their home countries. May this homecoming be filled with love, joy, and unforgettable moments.

How do you feel about going back to your home country after such a long time? Is it a mix of emotions? Share your thoughts in the comments!
