Juan Antonio Nieto, started Al-Andalus Translation in 2007 and he has been our head translator ever since. His team of translators provide services in both translation and proofrea

ding. ENGLISH TEACHING:
Veronica is a native speaker of English from Scotland. She is a qualified CELTA teacher with many years teaching experience in different areas of ESL (English as a Second Language). Juan Antonio is Spanish with over 20 years experience of speaking English. He has a degree in English Studies from Cadiz University and a Masters in Translation from Edinburgh University in Scotland. E-LEARNING AND APP:
If you would like your employees to learn English but onsite training is a problem because you work with freelancers or you have many offices in different locations, we can design e-learning English courses for you. These types of projects are more complex and would require some time to be created. However, we work with Moodle, so once the course is created it can be very easily implemented throughout your business. Please do not hesitate in contacting us to discuss your needs for a specific E-learning English course!

LANGUAGE TEACHING:

Veronica is a qualified CELTA teacher. She has university degree and masters qualifications in Business and Project management. Normally Veronica teaches levels from B1 to C2 as these levels benefit more from a native English teacher. Juan Antonio has been teaching English for over three years to both adults and children, and normally teaches levels A1 to B1 as he specializes in lower levels and often learners feel more comfortable being able to converse before and after class in Spanish. We teach levels A1 to C2 and can adapt lessons to your requirements:

General courses/intensive courses
Conversation courses
Business English
English for Specific Purposes-Hospitality, Retail, Optometry, Teaching, etc. Academic English for studying abroad
Preparing English Exams - IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge, TELC and Trinity.

One of the best ways to learn English and improve your vocabulary is by watching series and films.

Netflix is fantastic as you can search for "British or American" series depending on the accent(s) you'd like to know.

There's some great British series from comedy to thrillers, crime, food, current affairs, horror and much more.

If you need subtitles it's best to use Netflix and with English subtitles on.
