¿Qué tal todos? Bueno, Jill acaba de volver sana y salva de su pueblo, Scarborough junto con el grupo de chicos que la acompañaron y que han pasado varias semanas estudiando en colegios ingleses. También han tenido tiempo para explorar la zona y participar en actividades como paintball (con sus correspondientes moratones) y coasteering. Estamos convencidos de que algunos de los fueron ya hablarán el inglés mejor que nosotros!!!! Qué paséis un buen verano y hasta septiembre.
So how are you all? Jill's just got back from her home town, Scarborough, along with the group of students who went with her. They spent several weeks there studying at English schools but had plenty of time to explore the area and take part in such exciting activities as paintball (complete with bruises) and coasteering. We're convinced that a few of them already speak better English than we do!!! Anyway, have a great summer and see you again in September.

Hemos venido del Algarve portugués y he aquí un típico anuncio de bar de la ciudad de Lagos. Como veis, todo en inglés. De hecho, todos los nativos hablan inglés y MUY bien, así que a ver si podemos ganarles!!!!!

We've just got back from a holiday on the Portuguese Algarve and this is a typical poster in any bar window. Everybody speaks English down there and VERY well! So.....let's see if we can beat them!!!!

We saw this notice at a transport café near Seville. We don't think the translation into English is very good. Can you do better?

Hi everybody,
I've just got back from U.K. having accompanied a group of our students to a school in Scarborough. Pretty good weather, students happy... what more could we ask for? Left Mike in charge of the summer intensive courses which were hugely successful!
We are now starting our hols but on 1st September....we'll be back.. promise! Happy summer to all and sundry.

Acabo de volver del Reino Unido después de acompañar a un grupo de nuestros estudiantes para estudiar en un colegio en Scarborough. Bastante buen tiempo, estudiantes felices... ¿qué más se puede pedir? Dejé a Mike a cargo de los cursos intensivos de verano que resultaron ser un éxito total!
Ahora empezamos las vacaciones pero el 1 de Septiembre .... volveremos...lo prometemos. Feliz verano a todos.
