ratch. In January 2020 I finished my training as a teacher of SPANISH FOR FOREIGNERS at the International House. Since then, I have been teaching Spanish both face to face and online to students of different ages and nationalities and with different levels. In addition, I’m an official examiner of the DELE exams (accredited by the Instituto Cervantes). I’m very passionate about the Spanish language, our art, our culture, our food and our way of life. In my classes I like to practice empathy, meaning I adapt to the needs of each student. I enjoy preparing dynamic materials that help the student to progress in a fun and enjoyable way. Normally in class, we practice the four skills: reading, listening, speaking and writing – without ever forgetting the grammar and vocabulary. Sobre mí:
Mi nombre es Rocío Irías. Soy diplomada en Turismo por la Universidad de Cádiz y he cursado dos años del grado de Psicología en la UNED. He trabajado durante más de 15 años en atención al cliente en empresas turísticas. Tengo el C1 de Inglés por Cambridge y hablo inglés de manera fluida, así que sé perfectamente lo que significa aprender un idioma desde cero. En enero de 2020 terminé mi formación como PROFESORA DE ESPAÑOL PARA EXTRANJEROS en International House. Desde entonces, estoy impartiendo clases de español presenciales y online a alumnos de diferentes edades, nacionalidades y con diferentes niveles. Además, soy examinadora oficial de los exámenes DELE (acreditada por el Instituto Cervantes). Soy una gran apasionada de la lengua española, de nuestro arte, nuestra cultura, nuestra gastronomía y nuestra idiosincrasia. En mis clases me gusta practicar la empatía y por eso me adapto a las necesidades de cada alumno y disfruto preparando materiales dinámicos que ayuden al alumno a ir avanzando de manera divertida y amena. Normalmente en las clases ponemos en práctica las cuatro destrezas: comprensión lectora, auditiva, oral y escrita, sin olvidarnos nunca de la gramática y el vocabulario.
