You never stop! pro’s keep learning, keep improving and kee climbing higher.
After the IDC there is MSDT followed by IDCS and once you reach that level, you staff IDC’s to reach even higher. Master Instructor! It sounds like that’s the top, but no, keep going and reach for the ultimate!!

Here we are again. Meet Celia, our French instructor. 4 years ago she came to Rich Coast Diving for her Divemaster internship. Continued to do the IDC and then explored the ocean. 2021 she did her IDCS, just to get that extra knowledge and cert of course haha
Today is is going to show off her expertise by staffing an IDC and up to her way of becoming a master instructor!
