MosaLingua is the app I use and recommend. In particular the phone app. Note, I find it is best to choose to use either the phone app only as I do - or the web browser app only - in order to avoid synchronisation issues. The phone app is called MosaLingua Premium and is 5$ a month or 60$ a year. It takes a couple of days to get into the processes they use to progress learning and to learn to navigate the many learning features in the app, but well worth the initial frustration I had. I use the hands free mode a lot so can listen and learn out walking the dog, waiting in line and similar and the learning levels and content are cleverly scheduled to be learned at proven effective intervals. Words and phrases you learn appear at progressively later intervals to consolidate. The also work on Paretos principles in the 20% of you learning can meet 80% of your requirements , so you learn first what is most useful. A big fan of this concept.
