ICCRAM joined the European Researchers' Night with two engaging workshops for children at La Estación de la Ciencia y la Tecnología📍 UBUinvestiga.

🌱 One workshop focused on , helping kids understand what soil is, how it is formed, and why preserving it is essential. The activity was aligned with the projects pHYBi, Biosysmo, Phy2shine, Biorem and Tribiome. See more: https://laestacioncyt.es/actividades/nei-peligro-el-suelo-desaparece/

🔬 The second invited children to explore the world of microorganisms, and human , and our carbon footprint—all in a fun and interactive way. This activity was connected to the projects Desiderata, Iridiscente, Safari, Sunrise, and World project. 🌱 This week, our colleagues Andrea Martín Pablo and Elena Clavel Millán have the opportunity to participate in the “Soil Remediation Summer School", organized by the project and Project at the Université Marie et Louis Pasteur, Montbéliard (France)📍.

🔬📚 The program brought together young researchers to explore cutting-edge approaches for and optimization, while also diving into the role of sensors, drones, and remote technologies in monitoring polluted soils.

This school is an invaluable opportunity to strengthen collaborations and gain practical skills🌿 — applicable in projects such as pHYBi, , BIOREM and BIOSYSMO.

Thanks to the excellent organisation team!👏 -microbiomes
