60 years since its original publication, and Light on Yoga is still as useful as ever. This is my tatty old copy that cost me 23,940.00W in Seoul, which was only a bit more than £10 but sounds like a fortune! Purchased for my great course with Ron at magic pond yoga school, and still using it for my current L2 teacher training - 13 years on.

Anyone recognize where I am? 🌹

House-sitting at Casa Ana - getting a feel for what it's like to stay here, as some of you have on our yoga and walking holidays.

It's such a paradise, and I'm loving it even more than ever. Especially sitting on the terrace watching the sun fade, the stars appear, and listening to the sounds of nature.

The panoramic mountain views are unbeatable. Anne has done such a great job of creating a beautiful, peaceful space.

Looking forward to our next retreat in September, with a deeper perspective of what it's like for those of you who are here.

You're in for a treat! 😁

What a fantastic week of practicing yoga and walking in La Alpujarra - everything is still so green this year as we've had plenty of rain. Here are a few of the lovely group photos. Thanks to everyone who came and made it so special.🙏💛

This is the lovely Angela - 80 years old this year, and proof that there is no age limit to getting into your practice!

Angela began weekly classes with me around four years ago, in her mid-70s, with no previous experience of yoga at all.

She's happy for me to share this photo of her in a variation of chair shoulder stand, to inspire others who think they are too old to start doing yoga!

I’m delighted to be teaching one of this year’s monthly online classes for Iyengar Yoga Scotland. Each month you can enjoy a session with a different teacher, all with their own slightly unique taste of the Iyengar method. You have access to all of them free of charge as a member of IYoga Glasgow or ESIY, or you can pay £10 for any class as a non-member. Hope to see some of you there! 🙏

We are loving having use of this beautiful space at La Viñuela for our Saturday morning practice. 💞 There's something special about practising outdoors with the cool breeze and birds chirping.
