A beautiful Monday of learning, dialogue and connection with Tiimiakatemia Global and the new international cohort of the Team Mastery Program. 🌍

This encounter was also a moment to look back at the roots of Mondragon Team Academy, MTA World, and to reflect on an 18-year journey built around team learning, youth empowerment and collective transformation.

What became clear once again is that young people are not only the future, they are already leading, creating and showing us new ways forward.

Days like these remind us that meaningful education is built together: across generations, teams, cultures and ecosystems.

A few weeks ago, Emma Arriortua, Head of Talent Scouting, Admissions & Marketing at LEINN International, led a CRM MasterClass with the and LEINN Bilbao teams at BBF.

A session to understand how CRM helps startups move from “selling to strangers” to building meaningful relationships with partners, covering the full customer journey: lead generation, sales pipeline, loyalty, feedback and long-term customer equity.
Because technology is the vehicle, but methodology is the fuel. And in entrepreneurship, knowing your customer deeply is where real impact begins.

In a degree like , learning also happens through real conversations with experts who are working in the field every day. These sessions bring practical tools, fresh perspectives and direct industry experience into the learning journey, enriching each team’s entrepreneurial projects and helping them make better, more human-centred decisions.

After graduating from LEINN International, Mikel stepped into the industrial and engineering world, where he now focuses on project development and management. But his path is more than just professional growth , it’s a reflection of what it means to be an intrapreneur.

At LEINN, the intrapreneurial path is about building an entrepreneurial mindset within organizations: taking initiative, leading change, and creating value even when you’re not the founder. It means learning by doing, navigating uncertainty, and making decisions without having all the answers, skills that Mikel now applies every day in real business contexts🚀
