August is coming to an end.
A good moment to look back at the experience we’ve gained so far, the projects, challenges, mistakes, conversations and decisions that have shaped us.

And also to look ahead.

Because every experience creates new possibilities. New people to meet, new ideas to test, new places to explore and new opportunities to take.
What we’ve learned is already ours.

What comes next is still open. 💙

Over the years, several entrepreneurs and projects born in LEINN have been recognised by Forbes for their innovation, ambition and impact.🙌🏼

This post celebrates some of those journeys. But it is only a small part of the story.
Many other LEINN projects may not appear on this list, yet they are creating meaningful change every day: building businesses, transforming organisations, strengthening communities and challenging the way things have always been done.💡

Recognition matters, and these achievements deserve to be celebrated. But impact cannot always be measured by awards, rankings or headlines.
Every day, LEINNers inspire us with their courage to try, their ability to learn from failure and their commitment to turning ideas into action.

To everyone who has been part of this journey: keep creating, keep questioning and keep making things happen. 🔥

Here some essentials 📚

The new LEINN International cohort will be more diverse than ever, bringing together people from 18 different nationalities.🌎💫

We believe in the power of diversity to build stronger teams, challenge our assumptions, and create more innovative solutions. Because entrepreneurship in a global world means learning how to listen, collaborate, and lead alongside people with different cultures, experiences, and perspectives.

Diversity is not just part of our teams. It is one of our greatest strengths.

Welcome to a truly international learning journey. 🚀

Robotics x AI Hackathon in Berlin 🤖✨
An amazing hackathon run by NEXIO, a 2nd-year team in Berlin, bringing together robotics, artificial intelligence and a powerful entrepreneurial mindset.

With sponsors such as N8N, Lovable, Hugging Face and many more, the hackathon received +550 applications, with only 100 participants accepted.

The project created real value for everyone involved.
Huge congratulations to the leading team and to everyone who made this happen. A great example of what students can build when they combine ambition, technology and teamwork. 💙

Last weeks we closed our first-year evaluations in Laudio, in a traditional Basque house surrounded by nature.🌱

For us, evaluation is not only about measuring results. It is also a learning experience in itself: a moment to pause, reflect, give and receive feedback, and understand how each student and team has evolved throughout the year.🧩

Choosing a local and natural environment matters. When we step outside the classroom, the rhythm changes. Conversations become more open, honest and grounded. The place invites us to slow down, listen better and think deeper.

Closing the year in this way allows us to connect learning with place, culture and lived experience. It helps us recognise the journey: what we have learned, how we have changed, and what we want to carry into the next chapter in Berlin.🎯

A beautiful Monday of learning, dialogue and connection with Tiimiakatemia Global and the new international cohort of the Team Mastery Program. 🌍

This encounter was also a moment to look back at the roots of Mondragon Team Academy, MTA World, and to reflect on an 18-year journey built around team learning, youth empowerment and collective transformation.

What became clear once again is that young people are not only the future, they are already leading, creating and showing us new ways forward.

Days like these remind us that meaningful education is built together: across generations, teams, cultures and ecosystems.

Here are a few glimpses from a day full of learning exchanges in Bilbao. 💙
