From our bank accounts to the social media platforms we use every day, so much of our lives now exists online. Behind the scenes, cybersecurity professionals are working to keep people, businesses and their data safe.

In the latest ISP A to Z Speaker Series, Julie Madhusoodanan, CISO at Fluke Corporation, shares what a career in this fast-moving industry really looks like.

With experience at LinkedIn, eBay, Hulu and Microsoft, Julie explores the different paths into cybersecurity, from detection and response and product security to governance, risk and compliance. She also looks at how AI is changing the landscape, creating new challenges including deepfakes and increasingly sophisticated cyber attacks.

And you don't necessarily need to follow one particular academic route. Curiosity, critical thinking, problem-solving and a willingness to keep learning can be just as important.

Estamos enormemente orgullosos de nuestros alumnos de la Sección Española y sus profesores por los fantásticos resultados obtenidos en las Pruebas de Competencias Específicas (PCE). Con candidatos en 10 asignaturas, nuestros alumnos han obtenido una nota media de 7,35/10. Algunos resultados destacados son Empresas y Diseno de Modelos de Negocio, con una media de 8,23/10, con nuestra alumna Marta S. obteniendo un extraordinario 10/10. ¡Enhorabuena, Marta, este éxito se suma además a tus excelentes resultados en A Levels!. También en Inglés con varios alumnos alcanzando 9+/10 o Química con una magnífica media de 7,4/10 y Matemáticas con varios alumnos con 8+.

Outstanding results in the PCE exams from our Spanish Section! We are incredibly proud of our students and teachers for these fantastic results in the PCE (Specific Competency Exams). Across 10 subjects, our students achieved an impressive average grade of 7.35/10, reflecting their hard work, commitment and dedication, as well as the outstanding support of our teaching team. We are incredibly proud of our GCSE students, who have achieved an outstanding set of results and continued our school’s three-year upward trend in academic achievement.

83% of all entries achieved Grades 4–9, while an impressive 44.8% achieved Grades 7–9, with 16.9% of all grades at Grade 9.

These results are a fantastic reflection of the hard work, determination and progress of our students, alongside the dedication of our staff.

🎓 🙌 Celebrating the Class of 2026 on their A Level Results!

Today we celebrate the achievements of our A-Level students and the hard work, responsibility and confident learning behind them.

Our A*–A results reached 30%, a three-year high and above the International and UK average of around 28%. Our overall pass rate has also risen for the third consecutive year, reaching 94%.

These results are especially meaningful given the breadth and diversity of our A-Level provision with 29 different subjects and our extraordinarily international community, with around 80% of our students speaking English as their second or third language.

We have seen outstanding individual achievements and exceptional results across a wide range of subjects, including 100% of German and Chinese students achieving A–A grades*, alongside 87% in Russian, 50% in Drama and 48% in Spanish. History, French, Economics and Graphic Communication also achieved A–A outcomes above the International benchmark.

Behind every result is a student who has worked hard, grown and taken on challenges, supported by dedicated teachers, families and friends.
