Hello all,
I just wanted to let you all know that OrO Gym Moraira has an Open Doors Weekend tomorrow and Sunday from 08:00 onwards.

All are welcome, free of charge, including children.

Come along and enjoy working out in a beautifully designed, cool and spacious environment either using the equipment or in the classes.

Free classes over the weekend from 08:00 to 12:00 include Hyrox, spinning, Body Balance, Functional Training and Pilates 🧘🏼‍♀️ All are welcome to attend and participate in these classes as well as try out all the TechnoGym equipment 💛👌

It’s a great place to meet new people and enjoy a coffee or smoothie too!

A joyous week of teaching English online to the delightful employees of Tyris Software.

Topics included The Women’s Football World Cup (of course), Business successes and failures, how to train for a triathlon, solar panels, house renovations and tractors 🤣🤣

So lucky to be able to run down to the coast post teaching for a bob in the water and a cheeky glass of wine.

We’ve packed them off home safely to their families with some wonderful memories of the Costa Blanca.
Our next full immersion is in August so we have time to recover 😆😉 😴
