It is April, and May is just round the corner. And so it´s that time of year again for the Innovate conference in Barcelona on the 17/18th of May. I, for one, can´t wait! It´s that time of year again! It is May so it is Innovate, one the best ELT conferences you will ever attend. Networking, learning, sharing ideas and CPD. Where have all the women gone? A few weeks ago, there arose the opportunity to give a talk on a panel, along with 2 others and a chair, on the topic of "The Future of ELT" - in relation to Women- within the programme of the eponymously-named Conference run by Trinity College Exams Board.
