BCS Young Coders Summer Camp 2026

This week students are learning video games development with Kaplay.js, JavaScript, HTML and CSS. In only one week starting from zero they already have amazing playable games! What a progress!

The summer camp is open for kids 11-18 year old with nail classes Monday-Friday, 9:00-13:00. In English!

Some people say coding is boring… We disagree. This week we are learning coding for generative art with P5.js, JavaScript, HTML and CSS. The results are fun, creative, funny and infinitely cool. More importantly, kids learn programming without feeling overwhelmed by the “boring” part of it.

All July, for kids from 11 years old, in English in Barcelona Code School.

BCS YOUNG CODERS SUMMER CAMP 2026

4 WEEKS OF CODING FOR STUDENTS 12-18 YEARS OLD
IN ENGLISH,
Monday-Friday, 9:00-13:00

If your kid has been curious about coding, this is the right summer to start.

BCS Young Coders Summer Camp runs every week in July at Barcelona Code School. From 12 years old and up. No prior experience required.

July 6–10 — Week 1: Foundations HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Creative coding and generative art with JavaScript. By Friday, students have their first webpages live.

July 13–17 — Week 2: JavaScript Logic and Interactive Web Apps, and projects that actually do something and are available online.

July 20–24 — Week 3: Mobile Apps for iOS and Android Students pick their own app idea and build it.

July 27–31 — Week 4: AI-Assisted Coding and Final Projects Using AI tools in real development.

Each student finishes with a project they built themselves.

Plus Certificate of Graduation for each student!

Each week is self-contained — book one or combine several. Groups stay small (max 6 students per instructor), taught in English, Monday–Friday, 9:00–13:00.

We have been running coding bootcamps in Barcelona since 2015. The Young Coders camp uses the same instructors and the same hands-on approach — adapted for younger learners.
