AI might be scanning your CV.
But is it seeing the full story?

Behind every “objective” system is data that still reflects inequality. From names and career breaks to who’s been given chances before.

💡 The goal isn’t to remove people from the process.
It’s to bring more voices into the room.

Because fair hiring starts with representation, not automation.

What a weekend ✨

Our CEO Laura Fernández Giménez and Digital Leaders instructor Ylenia Porras took the stage at to share two powerful views on how women are shaping the future of AI. 🤖

💬 Laura reminded us that representation isn’t optional in tech - it’s what drives real innovation.

🎨 Ylenia, alongside Marta Quirós, showed how AI can be a creative ally and a catalyst for new ideas.

Thank you Blanc! Festival and for bringing together such an inspiring community of women, creativity, and tech.

They call it multitasking. We call it carrying the invisible weight.

🧠 The mental load is the endless remembering, planning, and emotional labor that keeps everything running- booking the meeting, following up, remembering birthdays, restocking the coffee, checking in when someone’s off.

And it still falls mostly on women.

📊 In 2025, reports from Deloitte and HiBob show women face higher stress and burnout even when time seems equally shared. Because the real issue isn’t how much time we have. It’s who’s expected to think of everything first.

💡 The fix isn’t better balance. It’s redesigning systems that stop depending on women’s invisible work.

Once used to silence women, the word witch became a symbol of power🔮

In history, “witch” was how patriarchy punished women who lived freely like the healers, the rebels, or the ones who spoke too loud.
Today, we wear it differently. It stands for knowledge, community, and intuition, traits that still challenge systems built to fear them.

From cauldrons to code, women have always been redefining power.

🕯️ Here’s to all the modern witches shaping the future of tech and beyond.

✨ Growth feels different when you’re supported.

One of our students recently shared this message with our career advisor Sophie. It’s a simple reminder of how guidance and encouragement can shape someone’s next move.

At allWomen, every career story starts with community. 💛

Who’s keeping AI in check?

As algorithms shape hiring, healthcare, and the news we see, the real progress isn’t in smarter models. It’s in testing their limits.

AI red teams are one part of that work. They stress-test systems, expose bias, and reveal vulnerabilities before they reach the public.

Because accountability is what turns innovation into real progress.

She made individuality iconic and never apologized for it.

From redefining power dressing to showing women it’s okay to take up space, Diane Keaton changed what confidence looked like.

She made us laugh, challenged how women were portrayed on screen, and reminded us that authenticity is its own kind of rebellion.

Thank you for the laughter, the courage, and the hats. 🤍🕊️

93% of images for male-stereotyped jobs show men.
Even in “neutral” professions, men appear about 68% of the time.

🤖 AI doesn’t just repeat the internet. It learns from it.

So when bias is built into data, it shows up everywhere, even in how machines picture a “professional.”

We can change that by questioning the defaults, building fairer datasets, and leading the change from inside tech.
