Barcelona has 94 museums. Tonight they’re all free 🌙
La Nit dels Museus is back — Saturday 16 May, 19:00 to 01:00. One night a year when the whole city turns into a cultural route. Concerts, guided tours, workshops, installations. And yes, all free.
A few highlights this year:
— Monestir de Pedralbes celebrating its 700th anniversary
— Castell de Montjuïc freshly renovated
— Fabra i Coats opening at night for the first time
Pro tip: arrive before 20:00, some activities need advance booking, and plan a neighbourhood route — El Born, Raval and Montjuïc all have great options within walking distance.
For anyone learning Spanish or Catalan — this is one of the best nights to practise for real. Talk to guides, ask questions, get lost in the city. The language sticks differently when you’re living it.
