Olga and Denis from Poland visited us today, and we couldn’t have loved their company more 💚

Olga has been our student for years, attending our workshops, and she’s currently going through our PILATISTIC Masters Degree Program. It looks like she’s dragging Denis into the Contrology world too—he’s getting certified as an instructor!

We resonate so deeply with Pilates couples—the ones who are life partners and Pilates accomplices (just like us!). Cheers to all the Pilates duos out there, like Joe & Clara.

From witnessing some of the best surfers in the world charge the legendary Teahupo’o swell—and even getting to ride some waves in these amazing waters—to diving into reef restoration and coral nursing, being moved by ancient traditions, and soaking in nature at its most powerful.
Pure magic. The perfect reset after an incredible run of teaching Pilates across the USA.

Desde presenciar a algunos de los mejores surfistas del mundo desafiando las legendarias olas de Teahupo’o —e incluso surfear algunas olas en estas increíbles aguas— hasta sumergirnos en la restauración de arrecifes y el cuidado de los corales, conmovernos con tradiciones ancestrales y adentrarnos en la naturaleza en su máxima expresión.

Teaching in San Francisco and meeting these beautiful human beings has been the best way to wrap up our tour in the USA.

There is a very specific kind of energy that only exists during an intensive Pilates weekend. It is a distinct, buzzing vibration. It is, quite literally, pure voltage. And we watched this force build in the studio from the moment we started on Saturday.

In physics, voltage is the pressure that pushes energy to move. During our weekend together, that voltage was your intention, your mental focus, and your drive to push past familiar boundaries.
By Sunday afternoon, even though our bodies felt the work, our internal charge was at an all-time high. We left with tired muscles, but with our nervous systems completely recalibrated and fully charged.

Thank you to our most amazing host Voltage Pilates and to everyone who showed up to sweat, focus, and elevate the voltage in the room. Movement heals, but movement with this kind of energy transforms!

Existe un tipo de energía muy específico que solo surge durante un fin de semana intensivo de Pilates. Es una vibración distinta, una energía vibrante. Es, literalmente, puro voltaje. Y fuimos testigos de cómo esa fuerza crecía en el estudio desde el mismo momento en que comenzamos el sábado.

En física, el voltaje es la presión que impulsa a la energía a moverse. Durante nuestro fin de semana juntos, ese voltaje fue vuestra intención, vuestro enfoque mental y vuestro impulso colectivo para superar los límites habituales.
Para la tarde del domingo, aunque nuestros cuerpos sentían el esfuerzo, nuestra carga interna estaba en su punto máximo. Nos fuimos con los músculos cansados, pero con el sistema nervioso totalmente recalibrado y recargado al máximo.

Voltage Pilates y a todos los que participasteis para sudar, concentrarse y elevar el voltaje en la sala. El movimiento sana, ¡pero el movimiento con este tipo de energía transforma!

French vibes are in the house! 🇫🇷
So excited to have Katia from Strasbourg with us in person!
It’s been five years since Katia completed PILATISTIC Master’s Degree Program. And while she’s kept committed to her Pilates practice with recurring online sessions with us, nothing beats finally meeting face-to-face.
Katia brings such a beautiful mix of wit and deep body awareness to every workout. And, of course, today was no exception!
Absolutely adored the energy and the deep work we shared today.

Just returned from an extended stay in Poland — we were teaching PILATISTIC Master’s Degree Program—, and the Polish instructor Marta Szwałek Błaszczyk visits us in Barcelona!
Can’t get enough of the incredible Pilates Community in Poland! 🇵🇱🙏🏻💚

This isn’t Marta’s first time coming to PILATISTIC studio, however this was the first time in our new location.
Her beautiful soul and strong body brightened even more our Pilates home.
Maja Mulic Behmen you have also visited us in spirit.
Perhaps next time, in person… 😉🥰

We are still riding the high from watching these incredible teachers push their limits over the last few days. They turned every “impossible” into “I’m possible” and proved that the best growth happens when we step into the unknown.
