Language and Culture students ventured around Poble Espanyol, a museum that is meant to showcase architecture from different parts of Spain. They participated in a glass

Language and Culture students learned how to make traditional Spanish tapas in a cooking workshop! These students improved their cooking skills and learned recipes they can take home with them! 🍽️

The Sports Management students played basketball with students from a local school in Barcelona! Our students were able to practice their Spanish and meet new friends during a
fun game of basketball! ⛹️

Sports Management also went on a trip to Montjuïc! This site holds deep Olympic history and continues to be Barcelona’s premier sporting hub. As Montjuïc Castle is on top of a

Our Culinary Arts students visited the Museu De La Xocolata De Barcelona! 🍫 This is a chocolate museum that is part of the foundation of the Barcelona Pastry Guild. Created in 1997
the museum actively promotes different chocolate pastries as a craft as it is a fundamental element of Catalan culture. Students had a chocolate expert discuss with them the
chocolate-making method from where cacao grows to the molding process.

The students were able to take this process into their own hands and made chocolate lollipops! They used their creativity to create a variety of designs from their own names to characters from iconic franchises. At the end, students were able to leave with more knowledge of
chocolate but also with their sweet treats to eat! 🍭

Paella is a classic when visiting Barcelona! Therefore naturally our Culinary group had to make this iconic dish hands on! All students worked together to make two Paellas–vegetable and shrimp paella– to enjoy as a group after their hard work!
Hopefully our students remember the recipe so they can recrea
