🌍 From Erasmus+ Internship to a Real Job Opportunity

This is why international mobility matters — and why real work-based learning can be so powerful.

Lucrezia Anzini, a student from IS Dell’Acqua in Legnano (Class 4A CAT), completed her Erasmus+ INAPP VET internship in Limassol, Cyprus, from 25 May to 12 June 2026.

Her placement was hosted by Venera Construction and Developments and organised in collaboration with ShipCon, supporting the student throughout her mobility experience in Cyprus.

During her placement, Lucrezia stood out for her professionalism, reliability, enthusiasm and strong technical commitment — qualities that made a lasting impression on the company.

And her hard work paid off.

🎯 Following the completion of her Erasmus+ internship, Venera Construction and Developments offered Lucrezia a work contract, enabling her to continue contributing to the company remotely through smart working for three hours per day.

A real employment opportunity created directly from an Erasmus+ VET mobility experience.

Last week in Limassol, educators from across Europe joined ShipCon’s Erasmus+ course Handling Stress & Avoiding Burnout — a dynamic, hands‑on training focused on understanding stress, strengthening resilience, and building healthier daily habits.

Participants explored:

🇮🇹✨ Erasmus+ VET Group Mobility in Cyprus — What a Week! 🇨🇾🌍

Our Italian group has wrapped up an inspiring Erasmus+ mobility in Cyprus, and what a journey it has been! Over 8 unforgettable days, students explored Cyprus through hands‑on learning, digital creativity, entrepreneurship, cultural discovery and teamwork that brought everyone closer together.

From the very first day, the group jumped into intercultural activities, team‑building and a warm introduction to Cyprus’ history. The energy only grew as students explored tourism and destination promotion, creating their own branding ideas to showcase Cyprus on the international stage.

Digital skills took centre stage with workshops on international communication, social media and marketing — ending in a creative challenge to design a full promotional campaign. Their ideas were bold, modern and full of Mediterranean flair.

The group also discovered Cyprus’ cultural treasures through educational excursions to Pafos, Kourion, Omodos Village and the Troodos Mountains, connecting heritage, history and sustainable tourism!

Innovation and entrepreneurship brought out their problem‑solving spirit, while reflection day allowed everyone to celebrate achievements, growth and new friendships formed along the way.

✨ A week of learning, culture, creativity and teamwork — the perfect Erasmus+ experience.
