- Alle sue caratteristiche di Alto Standing come per esempio il riscaldamento individuale e acqua calda con sistema di caldaia stanca a gas. Quindi avrete acqua calda a volontá, che per gruppi grandi si tratta di una esigenza importante e riscaldamento programmabile a occorrenza.
- In estate grazie alla sua struttura eco sostenibile, non c’e bisogno dell’aria condizionata perché l'appartamento è climatizzato in maniera naturale, per gli ospiti che cercano il freddo, si puó richiedere il nostro apparato di aria condizionale portatile, molto efficente e potente. L’appartamento si trova nel cuore di Gracia, quartiere centrale e famoso per le sue stradine e piazzette piene di vita e attivitá. Qui non vi mancherá niente, c’e’ tutto ció che vi serve e a pochi passi. Si tratta di un quartiere tranquillo e sicuro e con prezzi e servizi non turistici. Da qui potete visitare il Parc Guell a soli 5-10 minuti , uno dei posti turistici piu impressionanti della cittá, senza dubbio una visita obligatoria per turisti e gente di affari. La stazione della metropolitana piu vicina è quella di Plaza Lesseps oppure si può utilizzare quella di Fontana che tra l'altro sbocca in Gran de Gracia una delle strade piu famose di Barcellona. Per avere un’idea dei tempi, con la metropolitana potete raggiungere Las Ramblas in meno di 5 minuti o arrivare al mare in circa 7. La linea 3 (verde) passa per il 90% dei posti turistici ( Parc Guell, Pase de Gracia, Diagonal, Ramblas, Porto, Stadio, Stazione di Sants, etcc....) fra tutte le linee di Barcellona è la piu veloce. Se venite in macchina potete trovare un parcheggio privato e custodito a meno di 50 metri dall’apparamento. L’ora del check in si deve accordare almeno 2 giorni prima dell’arrivo e in ore lavorative dalle 14 alle 18. L’ora del check out é dalle 8 alle 12 del mattino. Late check in ha un costo variabile secondo stagione giorno e ora, dai 30€ ai 50€
