DevOps Engineer ➡️ We are looking for a DevOps engineer to participate in the definition and implementation of the RD-Connect Genome-Phenome Analysis Platform (GPAP) and 3TR infrastructures.
The selected candidate will work on improving the infrastructure that supports GPAP platform and it will help with the automation of dataflow from sequencers and user submission to the HDFS/Ceph and Elasticsearch clusters.

Our Single Cell Genomics Team has created a classification system that can help predict the immunotherapy response and prognosis of cancer to a level that exceeds current methods.
