Created by Cinco de Drinko from our German course, “Tullamore’s Applecrumble” takes into dessert territory with shiso-infused whiskey, bright lemon, silky vanilla & cream cheese foam, and homemade apple crumble on top.
Recipe:
40ml Tullamore D.E.W.
20ml shiso-infused Tullamore D.E.W.
30ml fresh lemon juice
20ml sugar syrup
Top with vanilla & cream cheese foam
Homemade apple crumble garnish
Sweet, crisp, creamy and gone way too fast.

Delicate notes of rose, rosé vermouth & honey…
cut through with sharp edges, hand-cut ice, and a hint of Ring of Fire.
Balance in contrast.
Winning cocktail with notes of:
2 dash rhubarb bitter
40 ml doublewood
15 ml vermouth rosé
15 ml honey infused with rose petals

They didn’t just make a cocktail, they romanced the entire room.
By the end, people were emotional. Over a DRINK (therapy is expensive, but apparently cocktails work too).

1 dash Cellery bitter
1 bsp Dry vermouth
45ml Hendrick’s Gin
15ml Apple liqueur
30ml Fresh lemon juice
15ml Homemade basil syrup
