And there's actually 2 of them!!!! 🙄😮🙄

When we inhale, they inflate. When we exhale, they deflate.
They help to bring oxygen into our bodies, where it can be used to keep everything else running.
When we move and run and jump a lot, our lungs can grow bigger and stronger.
