I have a DREAM☁️

It came to me after years of experiences in life
From living in super cities like Shanghai, New York & Barcelona

To crossing deserts, abusing myself with partying during a decade, living only of water for weeks…

I lived (and was ok with) with a mental state I would never go back to, and learned many lessons the hard way…

When you drive, you’re supposed to look in front of you and sometimes behind

Looking on the side won’t get you anywhere

If you Want to drive faster and catch up the people in front, you’ll run out of gas faster! And be forced to stop…

Going fast also forces you to be on the highway, going in the same direction as everyone
And so many of us are taking the train…

Best stories are told When you find uncharted territories,but you will need to go off road…

It’s slower and more exhausting
And so much more rewarding!!!

Finding balance between guidance and exploration is the best way to be fulfilled

In life there are time to learn and observe on safe and easy ground,
getting to the speed

And times to be the ones showing the way

I believe We are all diamonds refracting light, showing our colours
My dream is a world of sharing, and co-creation

A place in which,
we learn and teach to ask yourself:
“What colour do I want to add to the picture?”
“How and where am I going to shine?“
“Is there someone that can help me polish my diamond and shine?? “
“What is the contribution I want to bring to the world ???”

I used to feel so much GUILT around doing things that I love.

For a long time, I felt like I have to bust my ass doing things, being busy, filling my plate with tasks that will make me successful.

"Suffer now, rest later"

How do you unlearn these things? I asked myself.

I had been so conditioned that success meant that I had to sacrifice.

So when this was no longer true to me, and when my lifestyle started to move towards my goals, my system was shocked by the amount of free time I started to have.

I could sense that I had an inner panic when my business generates a good amount of revenue?

I would make up things to make myself busy. REST and PLEASURE didn't feel safe. Because I wasn't used to it.

I'd ask myself "Is there anything wrong? How can it be this effortless?"

But this is now the reality.

I've chosen to drop the struggle.

I've consciously chosen to enjoy, be abundant, and feel good without sacrificing anything.

I've decided that more than anything, moments and experiences and family, and quality time with love-ones and myself mattered to me.

I've decided that I HAVE TIME. I have enough time to attend to both my business and personal life. I get the best of both.

What I've learned is that there is actually a way to live without the heaviness of always HAVING to DO, DO, DO, and make it happen.

These days, I LET IT HAPPEN. It is happening.

And if you are at a space right now where you can't see it happening yet, know that you are just in the process.

Know that struggles are temporary and there is always a way when you seek it. Set your intentions, and remind yourself of the kind of life you desire.

Suffering, exhaustion, and pain isn't a measuring stick to success.

You deserve the world.

I had coffee with a good friend and journalist recently, discussing my new 12- week program Entrepreneurship by Heart and prospective around excellence and being extraordinary in life: We discussed Darwin and his contribution across research and study from nature to business today, all of our discussions had one fundamental commonality: To be extraordinary you need to set high standards and have a purpose for your business

It is important to have high standards. For the most part, life will pay any price you ask of it. The people who achieve the most in the world have incredibly high standards. It is like this with businesses as well. A great piece of machinery, or a great service, is like this because of the standards that are followed.

You have personal values, beliefs and performance benchmarks. Your business also has these characteristics and they are referred to as company standards. Think of standards as your business personality and vision coupled with the rules you live and work by. Your small business standards will likely mirror your personal standards, and your clients will form an opinion about your business – and your brand – based on these values.

Goodbye Oslo yet again! It has been a blessing to be able to spend a whole month in my home city, especially spending it with my family. Golden moments, that I will never forget.

It does feel like success, but I am not talking about financial freedom.
The success lives in the moments.

The small moments, the day to day.

Hearing my mother cooking in the kitchen.

The sound of running water.

The beauty of nature’s colors.

The laughter of my nephew and niece.

The feeling of “how does it get better than this?”

Yes, the big launches, the new clients, and the growth of my projects does bring some excitement.

But the true success is this, living. In alignment with your desires. Fully embodied in your power.

Not worrying about sales, no calculating the number of students coming into your world, no stress over what comes next.

Just this. The moments.

And the more joy, love, excitement, gratitude we feel in the moments,

The more it all comes with ease.

You make the money you desire while fully living.

It’s when it all changes.

It’s when you feel successful the moment you wake up to the moment you fall asleep at night.

Stop making things mean anything against you.

A failed launch doesn't mean you're not cut for it.
A client backing out doesn't mean you're not chosen.
Slow growth doesn't mean you're not good enough.

Building our dream life usually feels harder because we are relying our worth on our results.

You are you.
And the journey is the journey.

The journey will always have highs and lows regardless of anything.

Trusting the process means you're embracing both the highs and lows of the process equally.

And when things don't go the way you want it to, you know deep in you that its just natural. It doesn't make you less worthy.

It is your our job to protect our worth.
Take control of what you believe is true.

People can say things about you or your business can flop multiple times and that doesn't have anything to do with you. You're responsible for what you believe to be true.

Others' truths don't have to be your truth.

Protect your worth and the way you see yourself. If you keep relying this on outside factors, you'll be swayed all the time.

You have to know that you'll always be worthy so when the challenges pass and it's the season for harvest, you'll know well how to receive.

May this message do its job of reminding you that you are worthy no matter what. Right now, just as you are.

Hello Tribe!

In my latest Youtube video I discuss the two biggest challenges for any new coach or coaching entrepreneur before getting started their sustainable freedom business are:

1)Trying to acquire new skills and experience in order to become a coach. Perfectionism leads to procrastinationTruthfully you have to look from the inside, because your story is already unique in order to help someone. Packaging and position your current skills is where you need to focus.

2)Most new coaches have to realize that traditional marketing is dead. You do not need to be digital marketing expert nor need complex marketing systems. However, you do need to have a basic understanding and create simple systems that create big reactions. Now, there is too much info out there which leads to overwhelm.
