What advice would someone at give to students hoping to work there one day? 👀

During our visit in Barcelona, we spoke with Julia Andreevich, Senior Partner Account Manager at Microsoft Advertising, about what students should focus on if they want to build a career at Microsoft.

Her advice? Don’t wait until you feel completely ready before applying. Companies like Microsoft aren’t looking for perfection, they’re looking for potential and willingness to learn.

And when it comes to interviews, focus on the impact you want to make and the value you can bring, because that’s what people remember.

As part of our recent study trip to Andorra, our students had the chance to witness a truly historic moment.

During the visit, they attended the official speech by Emmanuel Macron alongside Josep Lluís Serrano, Bishop of La Seu d’Urgell, the two Heads of State of Andorra.

It was an especially significant occasion, as it marked the first time both Heads of State coincided during an official visit to the country.

Opportunities like this are a reminder that understanding business also means understanding leadership, diplomacy, institutions, and the environments where decisions are made.

Not every day do students get the chance to witness a moment like this firsthand.
