Collaborative Architecture: Construction and Design

In local and sustainable construction methods, there is a much larger overlap between fields and scopes of knowledge of architects and builders. Both should know how to both ‘design’ and ‘build’, and the conventional hierarchy of supervising architects and supervised builders are not valid anymore. Construction becomes collaborative and the site becomes a knowledge sharing arena.
We at .build enjoy teaching both architects and builders about these crafts!
