Development is also about how you take care of your body, how you recover, how you adapt to a new environment, and how you approach every part of the process off the field.

At IDA Valencia, we take a comprehensive approach to development, supporting each player across the different areas that can influence their performance and growth.

Because training is only one part of the process.

FROM IDA VALENCIA TO PLAYING AGAINST LA LIGA PRO ACADEMIES ⚽️🙌🏻

One step more in Jonathan Onyesoh’s journey at IDA.

After arriving at IDA Valencia with the ambition of developing and making his way into Spanish football three years ago, Jonathan is now competing with CF ATLÉTICO MONCADENSE ❤️🤍 in Liga Nacional Juvenil.

This week came a moment to remember: stepping onto the pitch against Villarreal CF in their second league game.

Facing one of Spain’s most renowned academies is another huge step in journey and a reflection of how far he has come since arriving in Valencia.

The pathway continues. Keep pushing, Jonathan!

Luis Pascual, Goalkeeper Coordinator and Head Coach at IDA Valencia, brings years of experience at the highest levels of Spanish soccer.

After eight years at Villarreal CF, where he made his First Division debut, and five seasons with Valencia CF’s reserve team, he went on to spend 11 years coaching goalkeepers at Valencia CF, working with both the first team and reserves.

Today, he brings that experience to the daily development of our goalkeepers, combining technique, attention to detail, and leadership.
