There are so many planets so close together at the moment ~ and this was another lucky capture with my little NIkon Coolpix ~ as I see I got the green port entrance light as it fashed, as well 😄! A###

An amazing day out with Tasting With Amy.The winery we visited Los Dos Cabelleros ~ well and truly off the beaten track ...

An amazing day out with Tasting With Amy.
The winery we visited Los Dos Cabelleros ~ well and truly off the beaten track ~ just outside Inca was an absolutely incredible experience. They are one of the few vineyards on the island producing a Sauvignon Blanc and make a fabulous rosado and some incredible reds, including an appasimento with an alcohol content of sixteen percent!
Amy then paired our lunch at Mirabona with some more interesting Mallorcan wines. The stand out one was perhaps Mortitx vi de gel, an ice wine made from Riesling and Muscat.
Amy's wine knowledge and her super relaxed attitude contributed enormously to making this a truly memorable day.
Will definitely be planning some more trips with her!
