June is here.
For many of our students, that means swimming lessons, trips, rehearsals, performances and plenty of fun.
For our Year 11 students, however, it also means IGCSE exams and internal exams...
Long revision sessions, early mornings, last-minute questions and, of course, a few nerves along the way.
If we could take the exams away, we probably would. But exams are part of life and, like every other school, we can't remove that experience.
What we can do is make sure our students feel supported throughout it.
From providing all the materials they need, to offering one-to-one help, extra guidance and reassurance right up until the last minute, we are there every step of the way.
On the days of the longer exams, we even start the morning with a special breakfast, giving students the opportunity to relax, chat with friends and begin the day on a positive note before heading into the exam hall.
Because while exam season may not be the most exciting part of the school year, it is an important one. And although we can't sit the exams for our students, we can certainly accompany them through the journey.
To all our Year 11 students: good luck. You've worked hard, and we're proud of you already.
