First Meditation - we have formed a new group through the Meet Up app (Alicante area), named Only Connect.
After a pleasant introductory meeting during August 2023 we proceeded to practical work and our first Guided Meditation was on Wednesday, 13th September 2023.
There are ongoing events and meetings during 2024.

In these times of confusion, anxiety, unpredictability about our
existence we are - more than ever - searching for different
views, different ways of coping with our lives.

Nepali shamanism uses no herbal medicine to incite trances, it is totally
mantra-based.

This 2 DAY Program will contain

Guru: Laxman Raj Giri
Laxman will be your guru, your teacher, during the 2 days.
He is a teacher who learned the traditional form of shamanism in
his own country, Nepal. He has been a student of many
prominent guru’s to learn and experience different kinds and
highly secretive knowledge. But most and for all he has been
called to accomplish the ability to enter different dimensions. In
doing so the great vastness of available knowledge is endless.
Shamans are healers, but healers are not necessarily shamans.
Being a prominent shaman, Laxman is both.
Welcome to this extraordinary spiritual experience.

Experience a re-awakening of your creativity, share a rewarding experience with like-minded people and see life in a quiet village at first-hand.
Announcing the first of our active Creative Retreats in Spain through the end-of-year holiday period from 20th December 2017 until 1st January (but full attendance for the 12 days is not a requirement). Set near Alicante in a Reiki Master´s spacious old village house in a mountain range, about ten kms from the sea, the nearest airport and mainline train station is Alicante.
A typical day on the retreat will consist of guided meditation, group/ individual Reiki sessions, philosophical discussions, and an introduction to personal astrology and divination. With the emphasis on the Creative Spirit, there will be a rotation of active workshops as tasters in various creative disciplines. The group will eat out at a variety of Spanish/other eateries at individual expense. Participants are limited to seven at any one time, and discussions will be in English. Costs will be economical and further questions can be discussed in the private messages.

FOUNDATIONS OF ACTING 2: COMEDY
(Minimum age 18, no upper age limit)

Discovering the origins of acting in theatre. This is the second in a series of intensive structured weekend acting courses. Each seminar of the series concentrates upon a specific genre of theatre’s history and origins, and facilitates the participant’s experience and understanding of crucial factors in their theatre education

This seminar is practical and fun, and uses classical techniques and formulas in creating original contemporary comedy. There is a continuing development of the participants’ comedy technique, voice projection, movement, characterisation and the communication of written and improvised text as an individual and a group. There is a particular emphasis upon Roman comedy and the theatrical ethos it established. Actors should bring any musical/percussion instruments they may play

There may be a semi-public presentation at the conclusion of the weekend.

Based on practical instruction and participation, this weekend seminar develops an awareness of stage technique, voice projection, movement, spatial awareness and the communication of text as an individual and a group. There is a particular emphasis upon the Greek drama and the theatrical ethos it established.
