Every shot in tennis has 5 dimensions —
1. get it in, 2. direction, 3. depth, 4. spin, 5. speed.
And you learn them in that order. Not all at once.

Your decisions work the same way.

First, just get it in play — forget perfect.
Then choose the direction, on purpose.
Then decide how deep you go.
Then learn control, not force.
And only then — speed.

Most women try to master all 5 at once, on court and in life. That’s where the frustration comes from.

Start with one. And see how it feels...

I believe in you, more than yourself.❤️

“You can’t fix everything with just one tool.”
This is what I tell my students all the time.
Not on the court. Not in life.

Tennis is like a toolbox. Every shot you learn — the drop shot, the net approach, the slice — is one more option when the pressure hits. The more tools you learn, the more options you have to use them against your opponent.
Every emotional tool you build — patience, self-trust, the ability to reset after a bad point — is one more way to hold yourself together when life gets hard.

The women who freeze aren’t the ones with less talent.
They’re the ones with an empty toolbox.

Keep on adding tools to your toolbox. In tennis. In life. You will be surprised of how capable you already are.

Play your game🎾. Own your life.❤️

Disfruta tu juego🎾. Lidera tu vida.❤️

The drop shot isn’t difficult... but the details matter.

Most players miss because they:

❌ Prepare too low or too far back, revealing the shot too early.
❌ Finish too high.
❌ Too open racket face.
❌ Follow through for too long.

Fix those four details, and your drop shot becomes a real weapon.

One of my favourite drills is simple:

🎯 Can your drop shot bounce THREE times inside the service box?

If it can, you’re developing the control and touch every player wants.

Because the best drop shots don’t rely on power.
They rely on timing, disguise and precision.

And maybe that’s true OFF THE COURT too.

Sometimes the smartest move isn’t hitting harder...
It’s knowing exactly WHEN to change the pace.

👇 Have you ever managed the three-bounce challenge? Comment “3” if you’re going to try it this week.

Andre Agassi wrote it in Open: tennis speaks the language of life. Service, love, advantage, fault, break.
He’s right. But here’s what those words really taught me:
Service means you always get the first move. Love means zero isn’t failure, it’s where every set begins. Advantage is never given, it’s built, one choice at a time. Fault means the game gives you a second serve, and so does life, if you take it. And break isn’t something that happens to you. It’s something you create.
A point becomes a game. A game becomes a set. A set becomes a match.
And every small choice becomes the woman you are.
I believe in you, more than yourself.
Play your game. Own your life. 🎾

Every time you miss a ball, your next one depends on what you do the next two seconds.

Most players waste them.

They replay the mistake.
They criticize themselves.
They worry about the next point.

But those two seconds are your biggest opportunity.

Breathe.
Reset.
Speak to yourself like a good coach would.

Because the next shot...
starts before you even hit it.

Your match doesn’t change because of one mistake.
It changes because of what you do in those two seconds after it.
Next time you miss... don’t waste your 2 seconds.

Save this reel for your next match. You’ll need it. 🎾
