He's currently studying the MS in Healthcare Assistance at Aura Labor, part of the Study in Valencia group. Blas did his internship at Institut Geriàtric Valencià, and on his very last day they offered him a permanent contract!

His advice for future students: sign up and don't be afraid. The classes are interactive, never boring, and you learn Spanish along the way.

📦 Logistics is about much more than trucks and warehouses.

There are three entry-level roles that many students never hear about: purchasing, inventory and transportation. Purchasing means getting the best deals for clients and for the company. Inventory means keeping stock under control. Transportation means making sure goods get from point A to point B.

All three call for organization, data and problem solving, which are the skills you work on in the MS in Logistics and International Commerce at Aura Labor, part of the Study in Valencia group. We support you from the first day until your internships.

🏥💚 So proud of this group!

Our Healthcare Assistance students have spent months growing into the caring, capable professionals they're becoming, here at Aura Labor.

Now we're getting ready to welcome more: a new group of students starts this September, and we can already tell it's going to be a great one, continuing the mission we share across Study in Valencia! 💫🌍

Would you know how to give a full bed bath to a bedridden patient? Here's exactly how it's done by our students, step by step 👇

1️⃣ Before anything else, students explain to the patient what's about to happen.
2️⃣ Every material is ready: gloves, towels, soap, warm water, moisturizing cream.
3️⃣ Face first — eyes, mouth, ears, nose — with a small towel or gauze.
4️⃣ Hair gets washed every two to three days.
5️⃣ Then neck, arms, and chest.
6️⃣ The rest of the body is cleaned next, always with full respect and privacy.
7️⃣ The patient is well cleaned and moisturized before getting dressed.
8️⃣ Pillows go in, bed gets adjusted, all in under twenty minutes.

Recently, our MS in Healthcare Assistance students swapped the classroom for Centro de Día de la Amistad, and it turned into a visit the students won't forget! 🩺

Throughout the visit, they worked hand in hand with experienced professionals and spent real time with the older adults, coming away with a much clearer sense of what patient care actually feels like.

🩺✨ Every detail matters in patient care!

Our MS in Healthcare Assistance students are developing the practical skills they'll use every day in professional healthcare environments.

During this hands-on class, they practiced one of the essential techniques in patient care: changing bed sheets safely while the patient remains in bed.

In this video, you can see our students Lara and Alerose from the Philippines putting these skills into practice while learning how to communicate clearly and professionally with the patient throughout the procedure.

Technical skills are only one part of quality patient care. Building trust, communicating clearly, and ensuring every patient feels comfortable, respected, and cared for are just as important 💙
