Project title: MINDS into MATTER - the "Book of Business" sustainable training tool in the tourist industry

Iceland, Poland, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Estonia and Tenerife will be working during 2 years to complete this project. The main idea of "Minds into Matters" is to strengthen key competencies and to increase the job a

bility in the fast growing field of tourism. We will discuss, analyze, design and try out a sustainable training tool for entrepreneurs, on line and easy to use, “The Book of Business”. At the same time we will work on adult education by training mentors. This is a simple, smart way to use to increase skills and problem solving ability for tourism companies in Europe, with less formal education.

ENTER - new project in Mentoring NEETs

It has begun ▶️
I have been invited by my lovely partner in Iceland, Hansina from Step by Step consulting Iceland, to collaborate on the development of career-focused mentoring guidelines and training material for NEETs. Saying I am honored is an understatement.
I started mentoring fellow ex-pat entrepreneurs in Denmark back in 2013 when I first open my first business. Since then, I developed mentoring and training programs for a variety of groups, and I am so excited to bring all that experience with me to this international project.
In the next 2 years, I will actively share the development of this project as well as the material that it will be created. I hope this will give you tools to become better mentors yourselves, and it will inspire you to support those around you.
