ENTER - new project in Mentoring NEETs

It has begun ▶️

I have been invited by my lovely partner in Iceland, Hansina from Step by Step consulting Iceland, to collaborate on the development of career-focused mentoring guidelines and training material for NEETs. Saying I am honored is an understatement.

I started mentoring fellow ex-pat entrepreneurs in Denmark back in 2013 when I first open my first business. Since then, I developed mentoring and training programs for a variety of groups, and I am so excited to bring all that experience with me to this international project.

In the next 2 years, I will actively share the development of this project as well as the material that it will be created. I hope this will give you tools to become better mentors yourselves, and it will inspire you to support those around you.
