Our Selfcare & Holistic Practices Erasmus Staff Week combined movement, mindfulness, and nature through hiking, yoga, gong therapy, and Qi Gong sessions in Tenerife.

We had the pleasure of taking 12 students from to IES Guía de Isora, where they connected with basic hairdressing students through a hands-on exchange experience.
From discovering the facilities and professional tools to practicing techniques and learning from each other, it was a day full of inspiration, teamwork, and cultural exchange 💙🌍
