Introducing Dani our latest edition to the extensive timetable at the event.

Dani is a popular figure on Tenerife, with 25 years experience in indoor cycling classes and personal training. As an instructor and coach he is a huge advocate in personal growth and his motto is to be with people, not above them.

Dani will be hosting a level 3 in Personal Training in Spanish 2 day workshop and also an indoor cycling Instructor course for one day.

The two day workshop costs just €199 and the one day indoor cycling workshop is €119.

With a variety of different One and Two-Day Workshops starting at just €119, it's a great opportunity to not only meet new people and feel great about yourself, but also come away with an approved certificate.

One of these workshops is a two-day "Thai Massage CPD Course" with the very popular Lumpai from the London International Holistic&Spa School

Lumpai is also the Thailand Ambassador for The World Massage Council and for the UK Thailand Association.

During the workshop, students will learn a foundation of Thai Massage techniques and application of the energy system.

The Workshop will take place on the 16th of September and has limited spots, so reserve now so you don't miss out.

You cannot start to believe how thrilled we are to have BJJ Black Belt, World and European Champion Joanna Ziobronowicz working with us at our maiden event this year! 💪

Our kick-arse friend will be traveling over from London for the event so you won't want to miss training with her!

So what's in store? Firstly there is "Introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu" a chance to learn from a champion, Joanna will also be running a dedicated "Self Defence" class to help you de-escalate threats and avoid conflict, and to complete the trio she will be running "Budokon Mobility" for which Joanna has just been made the European Ambassador for.

FREE WELLNESS PROFESSIONALS NETWORKING EVENT.

Kush Kumar, CEO of ThinkTree Hub and a fellow partner at our event in September is visiting the island this week.

We are using this as a great excuse to have a little get together.

If you are a professional on the island looking to find out about getting accreditation for CPD courses and workshops or teacher training then this will interest you.

We will also be looking for wellness/sustainable products and companies to have stalls at the event, so if you have reactant products come join us.

Additionally we are looking for lovely people to host evening entertainment for the attendees of the event, we are thinking of group card readings, various ceremonies, dance classes etc but we are interested in hearing your ideas.

Finally we will also be talking about the future of The BigWell and opportunities to work with us at future events.

When you look at the timetable on the website, you will see that it can be easily split into two categories. Workshops and Movement.

Workshops are a selection of one and two-day courses from some extremely talented teachers and professionals from the Wellness world, these need to be pre-purchased.

The movement section synchronises with the workshop schedule, with nine 60-90 minute classes per day, many of which can be attended before or after a workshop. Perfect for getting you relaxed before a Thai Bodywork course with Alex or cool down after an Introduction to Personal Training with Max.

Featured in the photos are Yoga con Mili, Ben, and Vita who will all be teaching very different varieties of Yoga. We have included as many different styles as possible so you can get a real taste of what's on offer on the island from its amazing practitioners.

Meet Kush, the pioneer and CEO of the ThinkTree Hub, and a valued partner of ours here at The BigWell.

We are excited to welcome you all to a couple of different One Day Workshops that Kush will be involved with.

On Friday 17th Sept, he will be working alongside the lovely Paula Pluck to host "How to grow your business" This will a holistic approach to building your business and really suitable for any Wellness Practitioners or Holistic Professionals on Tenerife or globally looking to expand or structure their operations.

Then on Sunday 19th Sept, Kush will be hosting his very popular One Day "Introduction to Authentic Indian Head Massage" This has been our most asked about workshop and with limited numbers, it's important to secure your place soon.

The Wellness Event you have been waiting for has arrived.

Its been rumored for some time, but now we are happy to announce that tickets for the event are on sale and here is our amazing launch video to give you a taste of what to expect!

We have some of the biggest global names in Massage and some of the most exciting classes from teachers of Yoga, Jiu Jitsu, Aikido, Capoeira, Parkour, Pilates and much more.

The Tenerife wellness network website is the only place you can see the entire schedule of one and two day workshops, not to mention all 54 (thats right 54!) different movement classes going on over the six days.
